Ned and Rick showed their dedication to the project this winter by donning wet suits and diving into the 33-degree water. Even on the most frigid days with extreme temperatures… it was necessary for them to work underwater at low tide to grade the harbor floor and bolt the concrete slabs to the rails…”There’s no wind chill underwater so it really doesn’t matter what the outside temp is…33 degree water is 33 degrees!” Rick said one day…
